Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee. If for any reason the coach needs to cancel a session, we will reschedule the session or provide a full refund. Payment Policy: All coaching sessions must be paid in full before the session begins. If payment is not received within 8 hours of the scheduled session, the session may be canceled. Refunds will not be provided for sessions canceled due to non-payment.
